Now do the other side.

Go ahead and cut your f.oam around the poker table. A great trick is using an electric carving knife and just follow the poker table. I have to admit that doing this is kind of fun

This step is optional but I recommend you do this to make sure you will not feel the seam. If you tested your fabric on top of your f.oam, and did feel the seem, you will want to do this step. If you were smart and used one piece of f.oam, you can skip putting the batting on the poker table.
Get a large piece of batting and put it on top of your poker table. Usually this is pretty cheap and is well worth it.

I sprayed the top of the f.oam (Not a ton, just enough to hold the batting) and then lay down the batting. This is best to do with two people and kind of pull the batting so it is sort of tight when you lay it down so you have no wrinkles.

Now use some scissors and cut the rest of the batting off.
Now you should have a nice padded area and not be able to feel a seam.

I did not take pictures of the the fabric being put on but it is pretty easy. Depending on what kind of fabric you use will determine how tight you should pull it. For my poker table I used a non stretch fabric and I pull it very very tight and stapled it underneath. Here are some pictures of what it looks like so you can an idea of how to staple it.
Notice that I took the fabric all the way to the edge of the other piece of wood under the poker table. I then used a utility knife to cut the fabric right up to the edge. This gives the poker table a more clean look.

Now its time to do the rail.

If you were smart, you bought one piece of f.oam and saved yourself a lot of work. If you were not smart or found a good deal on some f.oam but was only 24 inches wide you will need to so a few tricks to make it work. There are a few different ways and this happens to be the way that I did it.

Make yourself a little thingamabob so you can make a line that will follow you rail. I took a piece of cardboard and put a sharpie through to make sure my line was the same distance all the way around.
Make sure you make it far enough away from the rail so it has enough room to fold up on the sides of the rail. Remember that you will be adding 1 inch more of f.oam on the rail so make sure you give yourself enough space (read the next few steps and it will make sense).
