Once you have the outside glued on, run your electric carving knife along so the f.oam is flush with the bottom.

Go ahead and do the inside and you should have something that looks like this. If you were smart and used one big piece of f.oam, you will not have the missing f.oams pieces on each end like in the photo below. You can jump to the part where you start putting on your vinyl

You must be reading this because you were too cheap to buy once piece of f.oam (I know I was!). What we need to do is fill in the space with a scrap piece of f.oam.

Get a piece of f.oam and cut it out so it will fit your missing section nice and snug. Once you have it the right size, glue it in.

Now you should have something that looks like this

Now comes the hardest part of the entire poker table. Applying the Vinyl. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go to an upholstery shop and have them do it for you. Congratulations, your poker table is now done.

Still here? Ok, you must be thinking "How hard can it be?". This is the best way I have found to apply the rail after doing it a few times. It never gets easy, but there are a few tricks that will help it only be difficult instead of extremely difficult. If you want it to be easier, try and find vinyl that stretches in both directions. This time I decided to use a tan vinyl because I got a great deal on it but it only stretched one way which made it harder but it can still be done.
